Manager HR - EMEA Subsidiaries (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

The position as "Manager HR - EMEA Subsidiaries" is either the logical next step in your career, or the below duties/requirements are similar to the position you currently hold.

As "Manager HR - EMEA Subsidiaries" you will partner with the Management Team from Germany and from the EMEA subsidiaries. You act as an interface between the EMEA Headquarters of Arthrex (based in Munich) and the EMEA subsidiaries and are experienced in managing the change in a fast moving environment. To be successful in this position, will mean  that the decision makers in the subsidiaries are aware of best practices from other subsidiaries and - as a consequence - will be able to make better (HR-) decisions for their staff. Very strong communication skills are key to this position.  

In total 9 HR Managers located in the subsidiaries will report directly to you. Subsidiaries without any dedicated HR Manager will be supported by you e.g. in administration and recruiting. You will report to the Director of HR EMEA.

Your Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as HR Manager, filling a generalist role in an international environment
  • Supporting several and heterogeneous EMEA subsidiaries requires a systematic and multi-tasking attitude
  • A strong (sales-)business knowledge helps to better understand the needs of the business and to recommend HR solutions that add value
  • Good understanding of numbers and excellent attention to details, is important to review/analyze salary information and HR budgets 
  • Managing HR Managers from different countries, requires leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English - German language is a plus
  • Excellent intercultural and social skills
  • Meeting the stakeholders onsite requires the flexibility to travel approx. 30%
