Compliance Audit Manager EMEA

 

Your Tasks

  • You assist the Director, Global Compliance Assurance in the development and presentation to the Vice President, Risk Management & Compliance and the Global Risk and Compliance Committee (GRCC) an Annual Auditing and Monitoring Plan of the company’s subsidiaries and third parties based on an appropriate risk-based methodology
  • You ensure effective execution of the Annual Auditing and Monitoring Plan by conducting and/or overseeing the performance of corporate and third party compliance audits and monitoring activities and effectively document and reporting findings
  • You build partnerships with Regional Compliance Officers, business and functional stakeholders to assist in the implementation and enhancement of the company’s global compliance program
  • You support investigations of reported compliance-related issues and partner with other gate-keeper functions including Regional Compliance Officers, HR, and Legal to ensure reported concerns are promptly and thoroughly investigated

 Your Profile

  • You have successfully completed your studies, preferably in Accounting, Business Management, Finance, Law, or a related field, or any comparable qualification
  • You have long-term experience with auditing/monitoring; investigative experience is a plus
  • Experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry is preferred
  • You have excellent communications skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in using data analytics tools (e.g., ACL, IDEA) is a plus
  • You work flexibly and are willing to travel (also internationally)
  • A good working relationship with your team is as important to you as it is to us
  • You have fluent English and German language skills (spoken and written)
