To support our department Supply Chain Management in Venlo (NL), we are currently offering a position as
Manager Administration and Operations (f/m/d)
Your Tasks
- Monitor costs and expenses to support budget planning
- Exploring and presenting possibilities for optimization and savings within the organization
- Ensure a smooth and appropriate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business transactions
- Train reporting personnel and assign responsibilities
- Evaluate reporting employee performance and coach and advise reporting employees to help them achieve their maximum performance
- Monitoring of maintenance activities and craftsmen for the organization
- Organizing and supervising other office activities like recycling, renovation etc.
- Organizing all topic related to hospitality like Food & Beverage (Caterer etc.)
- Participate in internal and external audits
Your Profile
- University degree in Business Management or Logistics or comparable qualification
- Project management skills
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Very good knowledge in the use of MS Office products (especially MS Excel)
- Outstanding background knowledge in the area of controlling
- Team player with hands on mentality
- SAP knowledge desirable
- Knowledge in reporting tools preferred
