To support our department Supply Chain Management in Venlo (NL), we are currently offering a position as

Manager Administration and Operations (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

  • Monitor costs and expenses to support budget planning
  • Exploring and presenting possibilities for optimization and savings within the organization
  • Ensure a smooth and appropriate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business transactions
  • Train reporting personnel and assign responsibilities
  • Evaluate reporting employee performance and coach and advise reporting employees to help them achieve their maximum performance
  • Monitoring of maintenance activities and craftsmen for the organization
  • Organizing and supervising other office activities like recycling, renovation etc.
  • Organizing all topic related to hospitality like Food & Beverage (Caterer etc.)
  • Participate in internal and external audits

Your Profile

  • University degree in Business Management or Logistics or comparable qualification
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Very good knowledge in the use of MS Office products (especially MS Excel)
  • Outstanding background knowledge in the area of controlling
  • Team player with hands on mentality
  • SAP knowledge desirable
  • Knowledge in reporting tools preferred
